How do you bill and what is the typical price for your work?

Our philosophy on billing is to be transparent and work in partnership with our clients and their budgets.  We bill for our time at a flat, hourly rate, and then submit invoices monthly. Before doing work for you, we provide a best-guess estimate of time to complete the requested work and seek approval on that estimate before we begin. If our estimate proves to be short, we pause work and discuss with you the best next step. Our overall goal is to work with you to align on priorities and make sure your project stays on track.

What website platforms do you work with?

We feel the project’s needs should dictate the technology used. That said, we often return to a handful of proven tools: WordPress, Shopify, Adobe Commerce/Magento, and Webflow.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Absolutely. We offer flexible, month-to-month support for our clients from software updates, bug fixes, to data-driven recommendations that keep your site running smoothly. Support is billed hourly (with a 2 hour monthly minimum retainer) and gives you continued access to the New Theory team.

Can you integrate our other platforms with our website?

Of course. Common integrations include Salesforce, Klaviyo, Yotpo, HubSpot, NetSuite, Fishbowl, and other marketing automations or ERPs. In addition, we provide custom development and can connect your website with the platforms and tools you already use.

Do you offer SEO, AIO, or other kinds of marketing?

We build websites to follow SEO best practices, but we are not an overall SEO marketing firm. We have partner agencies we can recommend if you are seeking marketing assistance  to take your optimization and SEM/AIO further.

Yes. If the need is a pointed change, or a broader “make it better” mission, New Theory has a process to support you. We can audit your site to see what’s working well and where there’s room for improvement. From there, we will help you prioritize updates based on your business goals. Sometimes that means tackling a few quick fixes or mapping out a bigger refresh.
